Login & Account Issues
❌ Can't log in / "Wrong password" error

Try these solutions:

  1. Double-check your email address (common typos: .com vs .co.uk)
  2. Ensure Caps Lock is off
  3. Try typing password in a text editor first, then copy/paste
  4. Clear browser cache and cookies
  5. Try a different browser or incognito/private mode
  6. Use "Forgot Password" link to reset
❌ Account locked / Too many attempts

Solution:

  • Wait 15-30 minutes before trying again
  • Use "Forgot Password" to reset your password
  • Contact support if lockout persists

❌ Not receiving password reset emails

Loading & Performance Issues

❌ Photos won't upload or upload very slowly

❌ Dashboard or forms not responding
