VesselVault is a digital platform for boat and yacht owners to track maintenance records, manage vessel documentation, and access related marine services. The Service includes:

  • Maintenance log tracking and scheduling
  • Document storage and management
  • Service provider directory and quote requests
  • Captain's log and voyage recording
  • Marketplace for boat sales and purchases
  • PDF export and reporting features
3. User Accounts and Registration

To use VesselVault, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you upload to VesselVault, including:

  • Maintenance records and schedules
  • Captain's log entries and voyage data
  • Photos and uploaded documents

You grant VesselVault a limited license to use this data solely for providing the Service. We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use VesselVault to:

  • Upload malicious software or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for illegal activities
  • Impersonate other users or provide false information
  • Spam or harass other users
6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, VesselVault is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • Temporarily suspend service for security or technical reasons
  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
7. Limitation of Liability

VesselVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
